We are looking for a dedicated Head of Talent Acquisition to join us as we focus on finding great talent, anticipating business needs and coaching our hiring managers to hire successfully.

This position reports directly to the C-suite level.
Our goal is finding recruiters that focus on finding innovative ways to find and attract talent.
A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, experience in the subject matter, is organized and detail-oriented, uses strategy and prioritization to successfully help us fill our recruitment needs.

Who are we looking for

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements, ensuring Anghami grows smartly and efficiently.
  • Find, excite and engage passive candidates, making sure we attract and hire the best talent out there.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Developing your colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback.
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  • Managing internship programs.
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team manager & C-suite

About you

  • Experience working as a recruiter.
  • Experience in terms of attracting candidates but in stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and engage with passive talent
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • A team player and strive for having great collaboration across teams.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
