Job Title: Creator Tech Support

Location: Beirut, Lebanon

Purpose: As part of our Customer Support team, you will help assisting artists, creators and labels with technical issues or requests that they have throughout their experience with Anghami for Artists, products, or any other Anghami related issue.

Responsibilities/About The Role:

  • Assisting artists and labels via email to help them publish their music, claim their profile, and use Anghami for Artists services
  • Resolve issues and inquiries artists and labels have around Anghami for Artists services and Anghami products
  • Work with Anghami’s admin console to handle account issues and correct them
  • Closely collaborate with Product team to report issues and bugs
  • Align with the content team to fix issues related to artist profiles and their content

Requirements/About you:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in the Customer Service field
  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Language skills: English, Arabic, and French
  • Experience in working with Zendesk or similar tools is an asset
  • Understanding the importance of good client relations, either in-person or through email
  • Understanding different product functions and having technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and operate with a heavy workload
  • Good understanding of the digital music industry
  • Ability to work as part of a team
