Purpose

As a member of Anghami’s subscription team, you’ll shape and scale our go-to-market and growth marketing efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced, dynamic, organized, metrics-driven marketer to set and implement our performance marketing efforts across MENA.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, a self-starter, with strong problem solving and analytical ability, and a track record of a “test & learn” mindset. You’re a strategic thinker that can leverage customer insights and data to help achieve marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience.

You have a successful track record of working across MENA markets to get results, and lead with data. You are familiar with the latest tools for apps / web / social / paid analytics, and know how to create campaigns to leverage the insights and data you observe.

What you will do

  • Work with our Subscriptions and Business Development teams to develop and implement campaigns that support Anghami’s subscription growth initiatives;
  • Coordinate activations and partnership launches between internal teams and partner's teams
  • Ensure that Anghami’s commitments to a partner relationship are delivered as well as follow-up on the partner’s deliverables to optimize results
  • Monitor and optimize all campaigns in line with defined KPIs, closely monitor performance throughout the funnel and help us optimize conversions throughout the various stages;
  • Update and follow marketing calendar(s) and be able to plan ahead for future activities
  • Use the existing range of tools (internal and external) for reporting and performance analysis
  • Help to define appropriate audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
  • Make sure the creative work is always updated and performing properly
  • Create marketing briefs for the creative team and follow up on all requested tasks and campaigns assets
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Suggest enhancements and changes based on researches, insights and analysis

About you

  • 3+ years of B2C/B2B marketing experience in a high-growth environment,
  • Proven track record of developing sound marketing strategies and running innovative campaigns that exceed target goals;
  • Experience working with creative agencies and creative teams in support of media execution;
  • Ability to prioritize between short-term demands and long-term needs;
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and ability to flex in a fast-paced environment;
  • Superb organization and project management skills and capacity to handle multiple sophisticated projects at once;
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to craft actionable insights from complex data;
  • Very good understanding of digital data analytics.
