We are seeking a dynamic Growth Analyst to join our Acquisition and Digital Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in analyzing market trends, user behavior, and digital campaigns to drive growth and improve acquisition strategies for Anghami.


What you'll be doing:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. Prepare comprehensive and automated reports on acquisition metrics, campaign performance, and market analysis.
  2. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective digital marketing campaigns. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  3. User Acquisition Strategies: Develop innovative strategies for user acquisition and retention. Work on A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  4. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand competitor strategies, market trends, and user preferences. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to align growth objectives and strategies. Facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  6. Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and growth hacking. Experiment with new tools and techniques to drive growth and improve user experience.

About you:

  • You have proven experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or growth hacking, preferably in the tech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • You have the ability to communicate and express effectively
  • You have an execution oriented mindset
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: Amplitude, Tableau and Looker.
