What will you be doing:

  • Work on content driven marketing campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance across a wide geography
  • Research and identify trends in different markets to create relevant campaigns leading to the increase in user retention
  • Take project management ownership of growth workstreams, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with Content Marketing and other cross-functional goals
  • Work cross functionally to implement content growth strategies and to acquire and retain users through content
  • Analyze data related to content performance and identify patterns among users
  • Collaborate with Design, Brand, Content, Product and Digital teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that prioritise the experience of the customer
  • Oversee content related experiments and implementing various mechanisms
  • Reach ambitious growth KPIs

Who are you:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, preferably in the tech industry
  • You understand the basics of user segmentation and marketing of products within an app
  • You have good analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate and express effectively
  • Execution oriented mindset
  • You’re passionate about music and have a basic understanding of how the music industry works
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: Amplitude, SQL, Tableau and Looker.
