We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of Anghami by driving the integration of Anghami’s subscription products with major regional Telco and Payment partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical integration with our partners, transform the business rules into an actual system integration.
  • Assist the Business Development team in pre-sales consultation, project definition as well as technical and operational matters related to upcoming and existing partners
  • You will have the operational and day-to-day responsibility to run the technical implementation of the partnerships and monitoring of partner KPIs
  • Coordinate partner launches with the development team: technical integration, acceptance testing, reporting
  • Work with a team for each project, agree tasks with target dates, monitor progress against plan
  • Arrange and chair internal and external project update meetings, tracking tasks, assigning actions and documenting them
  • Provide updates to all stakeholders including clients, project team members and senior management
  • Develop a deep understanding about the customer business/technical needs to provide technical information, guidance and support
  • Become a trusted advisor by proactively guide your customers with technical recommendations and best practices
  • Take initiatives and ownership of customer incidents to drive for timely resolutions
  • Manage customer communications and expectations until the closure of each case
  • Participate in customer conference calls or face to face customer meetings
  • Produce service reports to summarize service activity and performance for key stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation of projects so that the full product lifecycle can be properly run

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar or related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar knowledge
  • Strong experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Strong experience with Unix commands
  • Strong experience with programming languages: .NET/PHP/etc.
  • Familiar with establishing an IPSEC VPN Tunnel
  • Strong experience with SOAP/REST APIs
  • Face to face and remote customer management experience
  • Previous experience in a technical support position with telco or large enterprise space
  • Data driven and analytical mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in an agile, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
