Job Title: Ads Sales, Partner Success Executive

Location: Lebanon, Beirut

What you’ll be doing

Join a young, highly motivated team, with excellent teamwork, to drive commercial revenue by monetizing various aspects of the business. The Commercial Team plays a central role in driving revenue to Anghami, by figuring out sellable opportunities, marketing them, and executing these opportunities through deals with brands. This role will also involve close work with our media representatives.

The commercial team is one where any candidate can grow, be exposed to large clients and campaigns, and drive meaningful business for Anghami. This is a team that is hungry to beat targets, and enjoys big challenges.

  • Once campaigns are closed, take over and ensure smooth delivery against KPIs
  • Look after Anghami’s internal ads manager, AAM, ensuring it is up to date, working and that campaigns are running smoothly
  • Suggest and implement improvements to Anghami’s Ads Manager
  • Handle generating weekly reporting across campaigns
  • Prepare key recommendations for media plans & client meetings
  • Be the point of contact for our media rep and direct clients, post-campaign sales, to ensure smooth reporting and that KPIs are up to date
  • Build case studies for our successful campaigns
  • Handle commercial social media pages, to ensure campaign successes are being shouted about
  • Create internal reporting systems for sales, and after-sales, that increase the efficiency of the Commercial team, allowing the team to sell more

About You

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management and/or media and advertising
  • Highly flexible, with a humble attitude, and wanting to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, with an eye on execution and keeping to your word
  • Proactive in recommending solutions
  • Hungry to lean, and eager to grow
  • Stay cool under pressure, and be professional when dealing with external parties
  • You have strong skills in excel and power-point
  • You can translate client requests into solutions that meet business objectives
