Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Account Executive to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of Anghami by driving the integration of Anghami’s subscription products with major regional Telco and Payment partners.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Implement technical integration with partners, translating business rules into system integration
  • Support Business Development in pre-sales consultations and address technical matters with partners
  • Manage day-to-day technical implementation of partnerships and monitor key performance indicators
  • Coordinate partner launches, including integration, testing, and reporting, working closely with internal and external technical teams
  • Provide technical support to clients, understanding their business needs, and offering proactive guidance
  • Take ownership of customer incidents, manage communications, and ensure timely resolutions and closure
  • Produce service reports summarizing activity and performance, and ensure that all project details are properly documented and clear for future use

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in computer science or engineering
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar or related role
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused, ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work independently or with teams, and being able to multitask on multiple products and projects
  • Ability to work in an agile, dynamic environment
  • Entrepreneurship spirit - should enjoy working in a startup environment
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure to achieve targets
  • Strong database knowledge (MySQL)
  • Understanding the operator’s infrastructure (SMSC, IN, SDP, etc..)
  • Familiarity with SOAP, Unix/Linux
  • Experience in working with VPN integration
  • Experience in working with Charging integration (SMS-MT over SMPP, Direct Operator Billing, etc..)
  • Knowledge in PHP is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
